He was staring at the menu and kept sighing, finding out that the cafe didn’t sell any ice cream. As he tried to look for something that would be as good as ice cream, he suddenly heard a familiar voice speaking in front of him. He raised his eyes from the menu and looked at you, smiling slightly.“Hey… okay I guess…” He mumbled. “How about you?”
He watched you, noticing you sighing every so often and he bit down on his lip. When you look at him with a smile, he returned it, eyes moving to the menu in front of him and he groaned as he saw lack of bubble tea.
“I’ve been fine too…” He smiled gently and blinked at you. “Focusing on my work more than anything…”
“Oh really?” He spoke calmly, barely showing any emotions. “Is it getting too hard on you?” He looked at you with a faint smile, then putting the menu down.
He raised his eyebrows slightly, running a hand through his hair. He quickly fixed his fringe and shook his head. “Ani…how about the shop..? How’s it going?”
